Sheikh Musa was a renowned teacher at the Abubeker Siddiq Madrasa in Gondar. He played a pivotal role in introducing structured, high-quality Tajweed education to the city, carrying on a chain of knowledge that dates back to Aba Sheikh Salih, the Imam of the Arada Mosque.
Integrity and Caution
Sheikh Musa was known not only for his vast knowledge but also for his extreme caution in his daily life. A well-known story of him refusing to accept a gift from a student until he had verified its source serves as a profound lesson for all of us. His unwavering integrity in his personal dealings set a standard for his students.
Excellence and Discipline
His method of teaching the Quran was rigorous; he allowed no mistakes in recitation. This high standard of discipline helped produce generations of proficient Quran reciters in the region. Beyond the classroom, he was a humble and generous host, often inviting his students to his home—a testament to his warm and nurturing character.
The world is temporary, but good deeds remain forever. May Allah grant Sheikh Musa the highest place in Jannah and provide patience to his family and all his students.

ኢና ሊላሂ ወኢና ኢለይሂ ራጂዑን! በሰኔ 6 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም (June 13, 2025) ወደ አኼራ የተሸኙት የጎንደር ከተማ የታላቁ የቁርአን አባት እና የዒልም መብራት የነበሩት ሸኽ ሙሳ ኢብራሂም የሕያን እናስታውሳለን። መላ ሕይወታቸውን በቁርአን አስተማሪነት ያሳለፉ፣ አላህን በመፍራት የሚታወቁ ታላቅ ሰው ነበሩ።
የዒልም ትስስር እና አስተምህሮ
ሸኽ ሙሳ በጎንደር አቡበክር ሲዲቅ መድረሳ የበርካታ ተማሪዎች መምህር ነበሩ። በተጅዊድ ቁርአን የመቅራት ትምህርትን በከተማዋ በዘመናዊ መልኩ በማስተዋወቅ ረገድ የነበራቸው ሚና ከፍተኛ ነበር። የዚህ የዒልም ሰንሰለት መነሻቸውም ከአባ ሸኽ ሷሊህ (የአራዳ መስጅድ ኢማም) ጋር ይገናኛል።
ጥንቃቄ እና ታማኝነት
ሸኽ ሙሳ በኢልም ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ በአኗኗር ዘይቤያቸውም እጅግ ጥንቁቅ ነበሩ። ከአንድ ተማሪ የተላከ ሃዲያ ምንጩን እስካላረጋገጡ ድረስ እንደማይቀበሉ የሚያሳየው የታሪካቸው ክፍል፣ ለሙስሊም ወጣቶች ትልቅ ትምህርት ነው። ለስራቸው የነበራቸው ታማኝነት እና ጥንቃቄ ለትውልድ የሚቀመጥ ትልቅ አሻራ ነው።
የትምህርት ጥራት እና ትህትና
የቁርአን ትምህርታቸው እጅግ የተዋጣለት ነበር። በአንድ ገጽ ላይ እንኳን አንዳች ስህተት አይታለፍም ነበር። ይህ የትምህርት ጥብቅነት በአካባቢያችን በርካታ የተጅዊድ ባለቤቶችን ለማፍራት ችሏል። በግል ህይወታቸውም የነበሩት ትሁት እና እንግዳ ተቀባይ፣ ተማሪዎቻቸውን በቤታቸው በመጋበዝ የነበራቸው መስተንግዶ ለስብዕናቸው ትልቅ ማሳያ ነው።
ዱንያ የምታልፍ፣ መልካም ስራ ግን የምትዘከር ናት። አላህ ሸኽ ሙሳን በጀነተል-ፊርደውስ ይውደዳቸው፤ ለቤተሰቦቻቸው እና ለመላው ተማሪዎቻቸው መፅናናትን ይስጥልን።
